plinth course การใช้
- The chancel was built in 1499 . It has a double plinth course, gargoyles, parapets, coped gables, and angled buttresses.
- The building is constructed of rock-faced sandstone laid in courses of random sized blocks, with elements such as quoining, continuous moulding beneath the gutter, plinth course and string courses chiselled smooth.
- Two types of limestone, both of New Zealand origin, have been used for the external dressings : Mount Somers limestone for the plinth course, doorjambs and window tracery, and Oamaru limestone for all other dressings.
